116 Russians who fled to CIS countries due to rebellion applied to return to country

116 Russians who fled the country to the CIS countries and Georgia after the "Wagner" armed rebellion asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) to return them to their homeland, APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing the Mash telegram channel.

Reported that 116 Russians in the CIS countries and Georgia asked the MFA for help to return them to their homeland after Prigozhin's rebellion.

"Since last Saturday, 96 people have applied to the MFA with a request to be deported from the CIS countries. 20 people wanted to return from Georgia. Everyone who wanted to return to Russia in 2022 was issued a return certificate.

There were people who bought tickets at very high prices and went to another country. Now those people have no money to buy a return ticket. "One person in Uzbekistan and seven in Moldova demanded money to return to Russia," the Mash Telegram channel wrote.
