Azerbaijani President approves State Program for Public Property Management

In order to improve the management of public enterprises and property, strengthen the government controls, increase transparency and intensify restructuring of state-run organizations, the President has approved the State Program for Public property Management, Regulations for control over capital investment in facilities for privatization or management, Rules for pre-privatization restructuring, Regulations for management of the state-owned stake in join stock companies and Rules for valuing state property to be privatized.
The State Committee for Public Property Management is to annually report to the President and the Cabinet of Ministers about implementation of the approved programs. /APA-Economics/
