Azerbaijan does not delay, but encourages the visit of UNESCO mission that will monitor cultural monuments in the region, Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev told APA. The minister also said that Azerbaijan has some terms.
The mission should visit the region and concern itself with the state of cultural monuments in Armenia, Azerbaijan and its occupied territories simultaneously.
â€œThe state of monuments in the occupied territories should be studied with the presence of Azerbaijani experts. The mission should visit the occupied territories through Azerbaijan,â€ the minister said.
Mr. Garayev said the talks will continue and expressed his hope that the international mission will visit the region next year. /APA/
