Tombstone of Prophet Nuh restored in Nakhchivan

Tombstone of Prophet Nuh is being restored in Nakhchivan, APAâ€™s Nakhchivan bureau reports.
The constructions in some parts of the tomb have already ended.
Chief engineer of Scientific-Restoration Production Office at Nakhchivan ARâ€™s Cabinet, Azer Nasirli said that reconstructions in the tomb are of scientific character.
â€œThe officials of History and Ethnography Institute of ANAS Nakhchivan department carried out excavations in the area last year. The tomb is being erected on the remnants of the basis discovered during the excavations,â€ he said.
The chief engineer also added that the new project of the tomb has been prepared on the basis of material samples and foundation revealed during the excavations. According to the project, historical monument will be decorated during restorations and ancient ornamental design will be used. /APA/
