The parties issued a joint statement regarding the meeting.
Syria, the US, and France agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
The statement also expressed support for Syria's territorial integrity.
It was stated that Syria should not be a threat to neighboring countries, nor should neighboring countries be a threat to Syria.
