Wildfires that broke out in the Alanya district of Antalya province, Türkiye, and in the Foça district of Izmir, have been fully controlled, APA's bureau in Türkiye reports citing Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumakli.
In addition, a fire that broke out in another area today in the Yeşilüzümlü neighborhood of Muğla's Fethiye district was also brought under control as a result of the intervention of firefighting teams.
A large part of the wildfires that broke out in the Gömeç districts of Balıkesir and the Gülnar-Aydıncık districts of Mersin have been brought under control.
It was reported that the intensity of the wildfire in the Çine district of Aydın has been reduced.
Work is currently underway to extinguish the wildfire that broke out in the Susurluk district of Balıkesir.
