“My most concerned issue is the conflict happening in Israel,” Boris Tadić, former Serbian President and member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center’s Board of Trustees told to journalists, APA reports.

He said that “both Israel and Palestine have been turned into a tool by those interested in the matter.”

“Making the sides tool for the conflict benefits the interested parties here and they want the conflict to continue, this is beneficial for them. It must be prevented. Some forces may even continue the conflict in the future by citing what happened in Gaza. International law, influential organizations must take action to prevent this conflict and human slaughter, must intervene in the process, and this intervention is currently quite significant,” – Tadić noted.

According to him, through open political dialogue, a cessation of conflict can be achieved: “However, thinking about how the conflict can be prevented in the future is important, because this is also plenty important at the moment.”

“We must be able to end conflicts, it is necessary to prevent the next conflict," Tadić added.
