Baku-APA. Local authorities have confirmed that a U.S. military plane crashed in the western mountains in the U.S. State of Virginia Wednesday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
Virginia State Police said that they got word of the crash at 9: 06 a.m. from residents in the Augusta County community near the George Washington National Forest, about 200 kilometers southwest of Washington, D.C., Washington Post reported online.
No injuries were reported on the ground, and the police were attempting to get through thick forest to the crash site.
