Baku-APA. Argentine President Cristina Fernandez made her first public appearance Tuesday after a nearly month-long recovery from an infection, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
Fernandez made a speech at the closing session of the Argentine Construction Chamber's annual convention, according to the state news agency Telam.
She praised the government's development policies, especially the achievements in infrastructure area, such as the construction of 136,000 homes.
On Nov. 3, Fernandez was diagnosed with sigmoiditis, or inflammation of the colon, and remained hospitalized for about a week for treatment.
