American authorities have expelled two Iranian diplomats who were part of the Islamic Republic's delegation to the general debate of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, APA reports citing Axios .
A US official source noted: "Two more members of the Iranian delegation were found in New York long after the UN General Assembly concluded. They have already been expelled from the country." The report clarified that the diplomats left the US on Saturday.
According to the portal's assessment, this development indicates the futility of attempts to resolve the conflict, as well as the increasing likelihood of continued hostilities.
