Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken signed the Charter on Strategic Partnership between Armenia and the United States, APA reports citing news.am.
“We are establishing a Strategic Partnership Commission, which envisions increased cooperation in the areas of economy, security and defense, democracy, inclusivity, and people-to-people relations,” said U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
