Baku. Etibar Mammadov – APA. “Measures in the field of agriculture will be continued this year. Our goal is to meet our country’s demand for agricultural products with domestic products. We should focus on the products that we don’t have,” Deputy minister of agriculture Ilham Guliyev said Jan.20.
Deputy minister said that serious works are underway on creation of grain-growing farms. “The measures are also being taken for the implementation of agro-technical measures and improvement of the quality of local grain,” he said.
He noted that the increase the subsidies isn’t planned yet.
