APA reports that AZN 10 mln was allocated from President’s Reserve Fund to the Melioration and Water Economy OJSC to for drilling of 150 subartesian wells for improvement of supplying of the sown area and homestead lands with irrigation water, as well as supplying of population with the potable water in 148 settlements of 40 cities and regions settled by 400,000 people.
At the same time, AZN 2 mln was allocated from President’s Reserve Fund to the Cabinet of Ministers of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for drilling of subartesian wells for improvement of supplying of the sown area and homestead lands with irrigation water, as well as supplying of population with the potable water.
The Finance Ministry is to provide the funding, the Cabinet of Ministers to solve the problems arising from the order.
