According to him, along with reconstruction of this building, its material-technical base also will be strengthened: “”The institution needs such innovations. Because of we have to conduct scientific-research works in vine-growing and wine making”.
Panahov noted that new administrative building of the Institution will include degustation hall, collection museum of Azerbaijan’s wines.
Moreover, ampelographic laboratory providing approbation, evaluation and determination of grape varieties, as well as lab for determination and certification of conformity of quality of the grape and wine products to international standards are planned to be constructed. At the same time, mini processing workshop also should be established.
These centers will allow studying modern technologies, increasing new competitive drinks, testing results of scientific researches.
