She said Armenia separates Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from the main territory of Azerbaijan.
“Approximately 20 percent of the republic’s south-western territories have been occupied by Armenian Armed Forces. As a result of it, the border line has elongated and the territories around the border remain uncontrolled,” she said.
Chairperson of the Service said 111 veterinary examination laboratories are examining agriculture products.
“On the state border veterinary service is exercised in line with the international legislation, rules on import and export of goods under veterinary control and is coordinated depending on the epizootic situation in the neighboring states,” she said.
