Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Azerbaijan will simplify rules on giving subsidies in order to deliver to the address, said the Chairman of Agrarian Policy Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament Eldar Ibrahimov.
He noted that it is planned to create E-agricultural information system to provide transparency and accountability in the support of agrarian sector by the state within next three years.
“Azerbaijan is an only country that gives subsidy. The subsidies are given since 2007. However, a part of agricultural owners are dissatisfied with failure of delivery to the address. Therefore, the head of state has given relevant instructions to the bodies. First of all, the rules on giving subsidies in order to deliver to the address will be simplified”, Ibrahimov said.
