The State Statistical Committee says 2,897.600 tonnes of harvest was collected from the fields as of October 1. Productivity of each hectare rose 0.3% on average and made 27.3 centners.
During this period, 983.800 tonnes of potatoes, 1,137.800 tonnes of vegetables, 530.100 tonnes of fruit and berry, 427.400 tonnes of garden products, 104.300 tonnes of grapes, 6.800 tonnes of cotton, 474.5tonnes of green tea leaves, 2,667 tonnes of tobacco, 34.600 tonnes of sugar beet were gathered from the fields.
During this period, meat production rose 3.8% to 304,700 tons, milk – increased by 6.6% to 1,227,100 tons, egg – by 15.1%.
