Baku. Aynur Aliyeva- APA-Economics. This year new pedigree heifers will be brought to Azerbaijan from foreign countries. Ministry of Agriculture plans to bring 1,800 heifers from Hungary and France from the end of September, department head Chingiz Farajov told APA-Economics.
He added that Agriculture Ministry gets Certificate of veterinary services about animal health.
Moreover, animals are brought to Azerbaijan from Austria and Germany, along with France and Hungary. At the moment there are more than 2 mln animals in the country.
