In January-July of this year, Azerbaijan exported cotton worth USD 172,264.47 thousand, the State Customs Committee said, APA-Economics reports.
This figure is 31.4% higher compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the value of cotton imported into the country amounted to USD 6,039.37 thousand. This is 6.6% more compared to 2024.
It should be noted that in January-July of this year, cotton exports accounted for 0.89% of Azerbaijan's total exports, while imports accounted for 0.06% of total imports.
