The procedure for exercising state control in the field of seed production will be determined, APA reports.
This is reflected in the Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on the implementation of the Law “On Seed Production.”
According to the Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers must, within five months, approve the procedure for exercising state control in the field of seed production and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Within this period, the Cabinet of Ministers must also approve the procedure for collecting information, monitoring, analysis, assessment and forecasting the effectiveness of management in order to study the state of seed production in the country, and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
