Wheat import to Azerbaijan decreased

23 203,54 tons wheat worth USD 5 900,59 thousand has been imported to Azerbaijan within January of this year, APA-Economics reports citing the report published by the State Customs Committee.

The value of the wheat imported to Azerbaijan has decreased 54% last year in comparison to the relevant period of the previous year, while the volume has decreased 53,5 %.

Note that the wheat import has been equal to 0,75 % of Azerbaijan’s total import within January of this year.
