Azerbaijan and Israel discuss cooperation in agrarian sphere

Baku - APA-Economics. Cooperation perspectives in agriculture sphere between Azerbaijan and Israel were discussed at the meeting of Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abbasov with Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan Rafael Harpaz.

Ministry says informing about development of agrarian sector in the country and achievements in this sphere Abbasov noted that, the cooperation between two countries in agrarian sphere reached the highest level.

Minister made different proposals on development of collaboration between Azerbaijan and Israel in agriculture sphere. These proposals include signing of contract on cooperation, establishment of pilot greenhouse on the on the base of Scientific-Research Institute of Vegetable Growing, production of organic agricultural products and etc.

Israeli Ambassador Harpaz noted that, he would do best for development of cooperation during his mission.
