Draft law on â€œAgricultural cooperationâ€ discussed in second reading at joint meetings of Parliamentâ€™s Committees

Baku. PArvin Abbasov â€“ APA. Draft law on â€œAgricultural cooperationâ€ was discussed in the second reading of Parliamentâ€™s Agrarian Policy and Economic Policy Committees.

According to APA, along with MPs, officials also attended the discussions.

Chairman of Agrarian Policy Committee Eldar Ibrahimov, opinions of international organizations were taken into consideration during the improvement of project. New draft law will determine the activity of agricultural cooperatives and their alliances the legal, organizational and economic basis of government regulation of development of cooperation and regulate the relations created during cooperation process.

According to law, the cooperatives can participate in organization of wholesale markets and retail sale of agricultural products and organize them freely jointly with state and municipalities and other legal entities.
