Azerbaijani President acquaints with modern grain depot in Gobustan

The head of state was informed that the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support of the Ministry of Economic Development allocated AZN 21.4 mln-soft loan for the construction of 17 silos in the regions of the total cost of AZN 39.7 mln and a capacity of 267 thousand tons. Execution of these projects has already been completed.

President Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with modern complex â€œIlk Aqrokomâ€, built in Gobustan region. Head of State was informed that the capacity of the complex worth AZN 2.1 mln is 10 tons. National Fund for Entrepreneurship Development has been allocated AZN 700 thousand soft loan for financing of this project. The complex consists of four silos with a capacity of 2.5 tons each, laboratories and other ancillary buildings. The complex will employ 12 people.

Head of State was informed that more than 40 thousand tons of grain was produced in 2011, in Gobustan region, up 48% increase compared with that for the corresponding period last year.
