AzTV Sport wins tender, Nushiravan Maharramli, Chairman of National Broadcasting Council told journalists that AzTV Sport has been given 6-year license on the terms of airing in all territory of Azerbaijan. Chairman noted that AzTV sport has a broad experience on broadcasting.
“ AzTV has experience more than 50 years , great material-technical base, personnel capacity, archives on sport programs . Members of the Council passed a decision unanimously ,†he said. To him, leadership of Channel will function within two or three months. Maharramli added that the main rival of AzTV Sport was Lider TV channel during tender. “Lider also carried out great projects on sport. Other candidate –Rebranding Company had not any broadcasting experience, material –technical base,†he said.
