Raúl Castro Ruz, President of Cuba's Councils of State and Ministers, has extended his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, APA reported.
The letter reads as follows:
“Dear Mr President, I’m deeply saddened by the news of the death of people as a consequence of a fire at the drug abuse rehabilitation center in Baku. I extend my heartfelt condolences to You and the families of the victims. Please accept my highest respect and esteem.”
President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai has also sent a letter of condolences to Azerbaijan’s head of state.
