Russian journalist Maria Knyazeva, who worked for the “Russia 1” and “Russia-24” TV channels under the nickname of “Saushkina”, has been extracted from Ukraine, the country’s security service announced.
According to the security service, the journalist used "pro-Russian" journalists working for Ukrainian media to collect data about government bodies, the situation in the country and activities of law enforcement agencies.
Knyazeva was deported to Russia and is disallowed from entering the territory of Ukraine in the next three years.
