Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev has made a speech at a conference on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, organized at the University of Oxford with the support of the European Union.
Hajiyev informed the participants about the history and essence of the conflict, the ongoing negotiation process on the conflict’s settlement and the reasons behind Armenia’s frontline provocations, APA reported.
The conference brought together representatives of the European Union, experts from leading scientific research centers operating in London and Brussels, students and teaching staff of the University of Oxford.
