Azerbaijan develops bill changing mechanism for implementing decisions on protection of human rights and freedoms

Azerbaijan has developed a bill changing the mechanism for implementing decisions of interstate bodies for the protection of human rights and freedoms.

A new constitutional bill “On the possibility of implementation by Azerbaijan of the decision of an interstate body for the protection of human rights and freedoms” was included in the work plan of the parliament’s spring session 2017.

Azerbaijan is a member of the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, the UN and some other international organizations.
