Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. The PACE assessment mission will in one or two months announce the final report on Azerbaijan’s constitutional referendum, the mission head, Aleksandr Nikoloski, told reporters in Baku Sept. 26.
The PACE mission arrived in Baku to observe the elections at the invitation of the Azerbaijani government.
The mission will hold a press conference in Baku Sept. 27 on the initial results of its observation.
The referendum to make amendments to Azerbaijan’s Constitution kicked off at 8:00 am local time and will wrap up at 7:00 pm.
The number of voters in Azerbaijan stands at 5,267,111 people.
