Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloghlu – APA. A message of congratulations from Russian President Vladimir Putin to the participants of the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum was read out by Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko at today’s opening ceremony of the Forum, APA reports.
The message says that the forum has become one of the important events within a few years.
“Baku International Humanitarian Forum has become one of the best platforms for holding debate in the humanitarian field. I am sure that very useful discussions for the future will be held and recommendations given during the forum. The participation of a large number of delegations creates conditions for it,” President Putin said in his message.
