“Russia and Azerbaijan are friend countries. Therefore, all problems between these countries are solvable. However, it’s needed certain mechanisms for solution of the issues, because the life is moving forward and entrusts us with new tasks. Therefore, mechanisms like intergovernmental commissions contribute to strengthening of relations between our countries. It was offered to establish a Working Board at today’s meeting. This board will contribute to Azerbaijan-Russia friendship. We have an optimistic view of the future”.
Noting high level of regional cooperation, Bulbuloglu said he visited Dagestan a while ago and attended the 2,000th anniversary of Darband: “Dagestan is a fraternal region. Many Azerbaijanis live there. A few days ago, a new school was launched in Darband with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Good relations with our neighbors are essential”.
