Azerbaijani president issues order on establishment of Mingachevir State University

Mingachevir State University will be established on the basis of the Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute under the Education Ministry and ensure staff training on all levels of high education.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to provide the logistical database of the liquidated Mingachevir branch of Azerbaijan Institute of Teachers to be transferred to the balance of Mingachevir State University within 2 months, to develop proposals on conforming the president’s acts to the order within 3 months, to provide conforming the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers to the order within 3 months, as well as control the conforming of the normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies with order and inform the president about its fulfillment within 5 months.

The Ministry of Justice is to provide conforming normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive power bodies and inform the Cabinet of Ministers.
