According to him, this is significant corridor to connect the north with the south: “All countries participating in the north-south corridor should partipate in this project and support it. We have raised this question in the Islamic Development Bank and the bank of Economic Cooperation Organizations and will try for attraction of investments. Several Chinese companies are interested in the project and intend to have equity. Iran and Russia are also conducting negotiations. I hope these discussions will come to a result soon. At the same time, it was reached an agreement on construction of bridge between Azerbaijan and Iran”.
