Trespasser wounded in skirmish on Azerbaijan-Iran border

Baku. Agha Jafarli - APA. Today, border guards prevented the smuggling of 2 kg of heroin and 3 kg of marihuana by a group consisting of three armed persons in Dalali village of Jalilabad at about 05:00.

State Border Service told APA that the trespassers did not obey the law. As a result of skirmish, one trespasser was wounded, others fled the scene. The wounded trespasser is in the good condition.

Investigation for identification and detention of other participants of the crime are underway.
