Baku – APA. “The Armenian side’s reports that it has allegedly conducted a special operation in order to take the remains of the corpses from the area where a helicopter of the Armenian Armed Forces was downed on November 12 and that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces’ units suffered losses in this direction are totally baseless. It’s a new provocative lie spread on purpose”.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said it does not rule out the possibility that the Armenian side would present any remnants as those of the corpses in the downed helicopter, and thus it can only be the display of some of their previous losses in order to deceive the Armenian people, the ministry’s press service told APA.
“Quite unlike the Armenian side, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry immediately provides official information about every loss on the front line to the public and arranges solemn funeral for the martyrs”, said the ministry.
The Defense Ministry also stated that the Armenians are exacerbating the situation in the Armenin helicopter’s downing area on a continuous basis and trying to attract international organizations to this matter too. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces has suffered no losses in that direction, and this situation is under full control.
Note that, the “Defense Ministry” of the separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh has today released a statement that the corpses of the pilots of the Mi-24 military helicopter shot down on November 12 have been taken from the site. According to the statement, the body of one of the crew members, the remains of the two pilots and some key details of the helicopter were taken from the site as a result of a special operation.
The separatist regime also said it has killed two Azerbaijani servicemen.
