He said that there are a lot of problems borne of racism in the US:
“They shouldn’t interfere in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, biased statements are issued under the influence of the Armenian lobby and other forces,” he said.
Asgarov added that campaigns against Azerbaijan had been already launched, Baku understands well the international community’s threats to Azerbaijan and some forces want Azerbaijan to report to them.
Asgarov also touched on Russian Liberal Democratic Party Leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky’s visit to Azerbaijan.
“Russia’s attitude toward Azerbaijan shouldn’t be measured with Zhirinovsky. He wanted to come to Baku and came. He knows the reason of his visit well. His attitude toward Azerbaijan has been known up to now. He came to Azerbaijan and witnessed everything. Upon returning he praised Azerbaijan at the State Duma,” he said.
