Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. In 2013, 2,197 persons were brought to responsibility over illegal drug trafficking.
APA reports that 8 of persons brought to responsibility are under 18 years old, 2 – pupils, 516 – under 30 years old, 1,607 – over 30 years old, 38 – workers, 11 – servants, 1 – official, 1 – agricultural worker and 51 – women.
More than 40 kg of different drugs were taken from 56 foreigners that were brought to justice last year. 25 of them were Iranian citizens, 19 – Russian citizens, 5 – Georgian, 4 – Turkish, 1 – Ukrainian, 1 – Indian, 1 – Slovakian. More than 26 kg of drugs have been taken from Turkish citizens.
