According to APA, Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov signed the order. According to the order of the Minister, former Defense Minister Colonel General Safar Abiyev, former Chief Organization and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Yasar Aydamirov, Chief Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defence Maj. Gen. Fazil Ashumov, Head of the Ministry of Defense for Logistics, Major General Israfilov Piri, an employee of the Office of Military education and teaching, Maj. Gen. Elman Ganbarov and Major General medical Service Daglar Abdullayev (former head of the Military medical Department of Defence) were sent to the reserve from the Armed Forces.
Note that some of the above generals, despite the removal from office of departure or on vacation, the state continued to be enrolled in the Armed Forces.
