The parliament told APA that annexes are offered to Article 14 of the law on “State registration of legal entities”.
According to the annexes, special information will also be required from the branches and representations of foreign nongovernmental organizations, which will be and have been registered in Azerbaijan. This includes information about name, surname, citizenship, place of residence of the founders of the organization, head, deputy head of the branch or representation. Information about the composition and tenure of the organization’s executive structures, warnings, instructions made to the organization will also be required.
