APA’s Karabakh bureau reports that the delegation included Chairman of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan Anar, MPs Hadi Rajabli, Aydin Mirzazade, Nureddin Mehdikhanli and others.

Following this, head of the Defense Ministry press service, Colonel Eldar Sabiroglu held a briefing. Speaking about the development of the Azerbaijani Army, Sabiroglu noted that this process is going on. He also said that Azerbaijan is holding discussions on military cooperation with more than 20 countries.

Asked about the death of soldiers, Sabiroglu said that the Defense Ministry is neither hiding information about the killed servicemen nor distorting the facts, all the information is released accurately.

Stressing that Armenia suffered losses two times more than Azerbaijan in shootings on the frontline, the spokesman also commented on the demands of the international organizations regarding the withdrawal of snipers from the frontline: “The Azerbaijani state and Defense Ministry refuse it. The snipers will not be withdrawn unless the war ends.”
