Terminology Commission under Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers establishes Monitoring Group to control linguistic irregularities

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva - APA. Terminology Commission under Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers has established Monitoring Group to control linguistic irregularities.
APA reports that the decision was passed by the Presidium of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences following the report of the Terminology Commission.
The decision envisages establishing Monitoring Group to strengthen control over proper use of terms in mass media, companies and enterprises, schools. The decision also aims to struggle against the publication and distribution of the dictionaries of terms prepared without the decision of the Terminology Commission.
