APA’s Turkey bureau reports that delivering a speech at the meeting, BSEC Chairman-in-Office, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu focused on the successful implementation of the goals over the last six months and noted the importance of effective working of the member states for the organization’s goal in the future.

The foreign ministers of the member states – Ukraine, Moldova, Greece, Albania and Turkey are attending the Istanbul meeting. Azerbaijan is represented by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Russia, Georgia, Romania and Armenia by deputy foreign ministers. At the end of the meeting, Ukraine will take over the Council of Foreign Ministers’ presidency from Turkey. Following the handover ceremony, the press conference will be held.
