Uzbek Association Chairman: We want to cooperate with Azerbaijan

"Thanks to our leaders, there is an active cooperation carried out on various fields between our states. I think, the cooperation regarding the Non-Governmental Organizations should also be continued," Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Commercial Organizations of Uzbekistan Kamoliddin Ishankhojaev told APA at the Cooperation forum of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Non-Governmental Organizations held in Azerbaijan's Fuzuli.

He noted that currently, it is planned to expand the cooperations of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan NGOs in a number of areas: "I especially want to note the fields of social, unemployment and gender equality. We intend to streamline the activities of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan NGOs in this field and share experiences."

According to Kamoliddin Ishankhojaev, the interests of both interstate and public organizations coincide in all the fields between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan: "There is no field in which our interests do not coincide. This is why i want to say that the Uzbek people are always with the Azerbaijani people, we always support the policy of our friends."
