“We want to get information about our missing persons and inform their families,” said Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Dmytro Lubinets at the panel on "Upholding Families’ Right to Know the Truth and Meeting Their Needs”, APA reports.

He said that as a result of the war with Russia, great difficulties in obtaining information occurred: "Ukraine is currently one of the countries facing the problem of missing persons and is looking for solutions in this regard. One of the countries that understand us the best is Azerbaijan. There are Azerbaijani citizens who went missing in Ukraine as a result of the war. We must find information together. I want your support. We should be really worried about this issue."
