As of August 1, 3,961 people have been registered as missing as a result of Armenia's military aggression against Azerbaijan, says the information released by the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
It was noted that of these, 3,953 people went missing during the First Garabagh War, and 8 went missing during the Patriotic War and the subsequent period. The ongoing nature of the appeals indicates that this will not be the final statistic.
