At the invitation of Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, Roel Dona, the Secretary General of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP), the first and only global organization of world prosecutors, and Janne Holst Hübner, its Executive Director, have arrived in Azerbaijan for a working visit, APA reports citing the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev informed Roel Dona about the extensive reforms being carried out in the prosecution authorities in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev's instructions and recommendations.
The Prosecutor General congratulated Roel Dona on his appointment as Secretary General of the IAP and wished him success in his activities.
The delegation's working visit to Azerbaijan is ongoing.
