The remains of Bilal Gahraman Gahramanov, who was martyred in the First Garabagh War and whose burial place and identity were determined 32 years later, were buried in Azerbaijan’s Gadabay, APA reports.
According to the report, the remains of the martyr were buried today in Gadabay Alley of Martyrs.
The leadership of the regional Executive Authority, representatives of law enforcement agencies, comrades of the martyr, family members, families of martyrs and veterans took part in the funeral ceremony.
It should be noted that Bilal Gahraman Gahramanov was born in 1969 in Yenikend, today's Kyzylgaya village of Gadabay district. After finishing high school, he served in the Soviet army. In 1991, he voluntarily joined the defense of Azerbaijani lands. In 1994, he went missing in the direction of Garakand village of Aghdam district.
His remains were discovered in Dehraz village of Shusha and his identity was determined.
