"We are at a site where yet another crime committed by Armenians has been uncovered," Karabakh war participant and journalist told journalists in Khojaly, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
According to him, these incidents are unequivocally war crimes: "This is also something that defies humanity. I regret to say that initially, the remains of at least seven individuals have been discovered here. These human remains were buried in a non-traditional manner. Signs of severe torture have also been found on the remains belonging to civilians."
He called on international organizations to put an end to double standards: "Those who committed this act of vandalism must be brought before a court of justice and receive the punishment they deserve."
