On the occasion of Victory Day, from 09:00 to 13:00, a march of personnel accompanied by a military band will take place along various streets and avenues of the city of Baku. In this regard, some streets and avenues of the capital will be temporarily closed, the official representative of the State Traffic Police of Baku, Araz Asgarli, told APA.
According to him, the events are planned along several routes: the first route is Heydar Aliyev Palace, Bulbul Avenue, Nizami Cinema Center, Neftchinikov Avenue, Azadlig Square, Amai Shopping Center, the second route is Alley of Martyrs, Flame Towers complex, Icherisheher metro station ", Fortress Gate, Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater, "Azneft" circle, "Bahram Gur" statue, third route - G. Musabekov Park, Abdurragim bey Hagverdiyev Street, Huseyn Javid Avenue, Huseyn Javid Park, Parliament Avenue, Alley of Martyrs, fourth route -sports and entertainment center "Olympic Star", Samad Vurgun Street, Officers Park, Baku State Circus, Heydar Aliyev Palace, I. Nasimi Monument, Oil Workers Avenue.
A. Asgarli emphasized that the roads along these streets will be closed during the march of personnel accompanied by a military band: “The Department of the State Traffic Police of the city of Baku congratulates each traffic participant, our citizens, on Victory Day, we ask them to support the march of our victorious army with an orchestra in the indicated directions, that is, in order to conduct the event in conditions of increased security, do not drive a car in these directions.”
